How do I disable Multi-User Assignment (after setting it up)?

Answer

Multi-User Assignment is a core governance feature. Once enabled and set up, it cannot generally be rolled back, disabled, or otherwise "turned off" by admins.

If you believe MUA is disrupting your business workflow after it has been been turned on and configured, please submit a Technical Support request for feedback, considerations, and resolution options.

Note that admins can, as needed, disable the auto-sync capability of Multi-User Assignment. Learn more here.
