Objective
The purpose of this article is to explain how to distinguish the call method used for outbound calls.

Procedure
- Log in to Outreach.
- Navigate to Calls.
- Add the Call Method filter.
- Select the appropriate option (Manually logged, Computer or Phone) to surface those calls.
Additional Information
By selecting the results, the list of calls can be exported into a CSV file, if your user is permitted to export from Outreach. Information on exporting from Outreach is available here.
