This allows reps to better prepare for meetings and managers to get up to speed on opportunities and review key updates. Requires admin to enable Smart Meeting & Call Assist. Additionally, users can now add recordings to playlists.

Previously, email activity was only tracked in the Activity tab for the first email recipient in the to: line. Outreach now tracks email activity for all subsequent recipients listed in the to: or cc: line—provided they are already Outreach prospects. This applies to:

- Replies with newly cc-ed prospects
This feature update is currently only available within the Outreach platform and does not sync with CRM.

Outbound Calling Policies
Support your business compliance needs for outbound call policies.
Summary
Admins can configure outbound call policies, blocking users from calling regions and countries, and to support users to remain compliant to US, Federal, and State Telecommunication regulations.

This feature allows admins to set default rules for the entire US such as choosing which days and times reps can call and block calls on specific dates like holidays, easily restrict calling destinations, areas or countries, and configure specific rules for individual states.

Call Logging Settings
Ensure more consistency with how reps log calls with new call log settings.
Summary
Admins can specify rules for how calls are logged, such as requiring a prospect to log a call and requiring all calls to be logged, or preventing call logs from being edited.

User-Based Caller ID
Allow users to choose whether or not an admin approved Caller ID is used in US calls, which can display a company name.
Summary
Admins can define, at a user level, which Caller IDs are available to be used in phone calls. Supported options are enabled for all purchased US phone numbers, enabled for only assigned numbers, or disabled entirely.

With Kaia Chat, reps and the broader account team can accelerate deals by sharing insights and tracking actions embedded within Kaia recordings. Reps can create threaded conversations, coach or ask for guidance using @mentions, can tag any Outreach user to share insights or key moments. Conversations are easy to follow with in-app and email notifications that can be customized by the user.

No set up is required. Conversation visibility honors recording visibility. Key capabilities include:
- Threaded conversations: each record now includes a dedicated comment section with threaded conversations. You can reply directly to a specific comment, keeping discussions organized and easy to follow.
- Mentions (or tagging) and notifications: Tag teammates using @mention to loop them into the conversation. Mentioned users will receive an in-app notification and (optionally) an email or Slack alert (see Platform Services for additional details on configuring Slack notifications), ensuring they never miss a critical update.
- Rich text & linking: Use formatting to make your messages clear and actionable. Link to other parts of the app (like sequences or dashboards) to add context and reduce ambiguity.

When setting up a Smart Topic, users will now see both the number of recordings and the number of moments where the topic has appeared. Topic samples will also indicate whether the mention came from the buyer or the seller, providing clearer context.

Kaia Chat and Kaia Translation have been added to this page, AI-generated summaries are reformatted, and existing capabilities like Smart Kaia Coach have moved location on the page for a more seamless user experience.

Outreach for SAP Sales Cloud
SAP Sales Cloud is now a supported CRM.
Summary
Outreach supports integration with Sales Cloud as a CRM, and its user interface and authentication are now accessible within the Sales Cloud environment as an app. Sellers can execute Outreach tasks, manage prospecting activities, and close deals in SAP via an embedded Outreach experience, eliminating the need to toggle between platforms and increasing efficiency across the sales cycle.

Enhanced Multi-User Assignment makes it easier to collaborate by allowing multiple users to access the same record—even if they’re not part of the Account Team in your CRM. You can now manually assign users directly to account records to support shared ownership and team-based selling workflows. This update also supports Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

CRM Sync Improvements
Improve data hygiene by ensuring data across Outreach and your CRM is consistent and up to date across both platforms.

Automatically remove any object records, including custom objects, in Outreach when the corresponding record is deleted in the CRM. Define how objects should sync between Outreach and CRM with added delete poll functionality.
