Objective

How to change the sender mailbox in a one-off email ('From' field).

Applies To

  • One-off emails

Procedure

  1. In the one-off email compose window click on the small downward arrow symbol under the subject line
  2. Click on the opened 'From' field and select the mailbox you want to send the email from.
