How To Enable Outreach Success Plans

Purpose: 

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in enabling Outreach Success Plans for the Org. 

Intended Audience: 

  • Outreach Admins

Notes: 

  • Some views and options require admin-level governance permissions. If the options outlined in this article are unavailable, contact the Org's Outreach Administrator as applicable. For more information regarding governance profile settings, refer to the Governance Profile Settings Overview article. 

How To Enable Outreach Success Plans: 

  1. Access the Outreach Platform.
  2. Click on Administration on left corner of the navigation sidebar. 
  3. Click Access control under the User management section of the Settings panel and select the applicable profile in the Profiles Tab.
  4. Note: The Admin profile cannot be altered. 
  5. Enable "Can use opportunities" under the Opportunities section. 
  6. Enable "Can use plans" under the Success Plans section. 
  7. Click Save.

Users grouped under this Profile have access to Success Plans as configured.
