How to Check Chrome Microphone Permissions are set to Allow Outreach

Objective

To ensure chrome audio permissions are set to allow Outreach.

Applies To

  • Outreach Voice

Procedure

  1. Click the three dots in top right corner of chrome.Screenshot
  2. Navigate to the Settings button. 
  3. In the search bar at the top, type in Site Settings. 
  4. Scroll Down to the Permissions settings and Click Microphone.
  5. Ensure Outreach is added to the list of sites allowed to use your microphone, otherwise you will run into an audio permission issue when using Outreach Voice to make callsScreenshot
