How To Delete Phone Numbers In Outreach Voice

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users and admins on removing numbers from the Outreach Platform.

Delete Phone Numbers with User Governance

1. Log in to Outreach.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Phone numbers under the Voice section.
4. Click the trashcan icon to the right of the phone number you want to delete.
5. Confirm and click Delete number in the prompt.
6. Click Save at the bottom.

Delete Local Numbers with Admin Governance

Outreach admins can delete phone numbers from Outreach, by doing the following:

1. Click Adminstration.
2. Click Tools > Phone numbers.
3. Click the 3-dots to the right of the number that you want to delete.
4. Click Delete.
5. If you want to bulk delete numbers, select the numbers you want to delete, then click the trashcan icon at the top.
