How to Require Users to Log Calls

Objective

This article explains how to enable admin settings to require users to log calls.

Applies To

  • Outreach admins
  • Voice

Procedure

  1. Log in to Outreach.
  2. Click Administration  > Organization.
  3. Select Org info.
  4. Navigate to Voice.
  5. Toggle Require users to log all calls on.
  6. Click Save.
