Meeting Field Mappings for Granular Salesforce Reports:
This article discusses the following mappings for granular salesforce reports:
- Booker - Displays the actual User who booked the meeting. For example, if a SDR booked a meeting on behalf of an AE, the AE's name appears in the Assigned To field, and the SDR appears in the Booked By field in the Event Page layout.
- Source - Provides Users the ability to distinguish whether a meeting was booked through Outreach or booked prior to connecting to Outreach Platform and retroactively synced back to Salesforce. Displays one of two values:
- App - The meeting was booked through Outreach Meetings.
- Sync - The meeting was retroactively synced back from the User's calendar and pushed to Salesforce.
- Meeting Type Name - Pushes the name of the meeting type that was selected in Outreach so the user can further filter the Salesforce Reports.
- Meeting No-Show - Pushes to a checkbox field in Salesforce illustrating whether or not invited parties attended the meeting.
- Meeting Canceled - Provides Users the ability to run a report that illustrates whether a meeting was deleted from the synced calendar by the meeting owner.
Note: Outreach cannot delete events that are synced to Salesforce. Outreach pushes updates to the field informing Users of any changes. If a meeting is deleted in Outreach, the meeting will not be removed from Salesforce. By adding the Meeting Canceled field to the Salesforce Plugin, Users can run a report to determine if a meeting was deleted from they synced calendar by the meeting owner.
