Objective
Learn the basics of creating Kaia Content Cards as an Outreach user.
Content Cards provide value to teams by providing quick access to important resources for reps, ramping up new hires, and making follow-up processes easy and efficient.

Before You Begin
- You must have both Edit and Create profile settings set to Enabled in order to create Content Cards.
- Content Cards are automatically available to all Kaia users in your org and cannot be made private to yourself, specific users, or groups.
- Content Cards are currently only supported in English.

Procedure
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- In the navigation sidebar, click Kaia.
- Along the top menu bar, click to open the Content cards tab.
- At the top right of the list view, click Add content card.
Note: Users creating content for the first time are presented with an Add Card button centered in the List View. Content Cards are displayed in the List View once the Cards become available (published). - Select the applicable card option:

Competitor - Outlines key feature differences between your product(s) and competitors'.
- Product - Highlights of a specific feature.
- Integration - Products, plugins, or extensions.

Pricing - Talking points about product pricing or licensing.

- After selecting the Content Card option, click Create Card.
- Populate the Content Card with additional content as applicable:

Title - Used to identify the content card.
- Key Points - Related talking points.
- Reference Link - Provides links to applicable resources for review and sharing as applicable.
- Display Name - We recommend you include the terms External or Internal Only to clarify if content can be shared with Prospects.

Triggers - An audible word that, when uttered in a Kaia meeting, will automatically surface the corresponding Content Card for the rep.
Note: Too many triggers can cause Cards to surface at inopportune moments.

- Click Publish.
The Content Card is now available for use by all Kaia users as configured.
