Prospect's profile record will automatically calculate and populate their time zone from the below fields:
- Phone number
- State
Prospect's Local Time tile will automatically calculate and populate their local time from the below fields:
- Time Zone
- Account associated to Prospect
Keep in mind that the Time Zone field on the prospect record can also be manually updated from their Edit page, updated from a sync with your CRM, or updated from an import workflow.
If you have the above fields populated, but the time zone is still not populating, just remove and re-add the field to recalculate the time zone. It is possible that someone manually cleared/deleted the time zone after it was calculated.
