Summary
One-sided call recording is another mechanism that organizations can use to achieve their compliance goals by recording only the seller side of Kaia Voice calls.

One-sided call recording is a user profile setting configured by administrators. When one-sided recording is enabled, calls placed to/from area and country codes configured in the restricted call recording areas can be one-sided recorded rather than recording disabled entirely for these calls. One-sided call recordings retain live content cards triggered from either buyer or seller speaking and live meeting transcript of both buyer and seller.

With Kaia supporting transcription in French, German, Spanish, and English, it’s possible that during the live meeting the language selected for Kaia isn’t actually the language being spoken. If this happens, the resulting transcript will be wrong. Kaia re-transcription makes it possible to fix the transcript by re-processing in the correct language that was spoken during the call. This does not translate from one language into another, rather it provides a way to correct the transcript if the language was set incorrectly during the call. Manually added content (e.g. notes, quotes, bookmarks) may get shifted along the timeline based on their timestamp, but their contents will not be affected. Automatically generated items (action items and content cards) are re-generated in any language that supports it (English). The call recording is unavailable during the re-transcription process.
Empower users with Forecasting & Pipeline Management capabilities embedded within the Outreach application

The features being released into Outreach include:
- Deal Grid: Edit all deals in the pipeline from a single view, with updates automatically written back to CRM. Real-time validation ensures field changes are compliant with validation rules.
- Rep Forecasting: Reps can submit forecasts from the opportunities page to their manager.
- Pipeline Dashboard: View your teams’ pipeline performance metrics from a single view, with the ability to create custom filters. Each metric in the dashboard leverages AI modeling that creates bespoke win models for every team and seller in your organization.
- Pipeline Movement: Understand how your pipeline has moved and changed across any previous period, including which deals contributed to the change.
- Forecasting: View all of the forecasts for your organization and the associated roll-up down to each individual rep and deal.
- Scenario Planner: Use AI to test and model a distribution of different possible forecast outcomes based on applying your judgment to win rates and pipeline volumes.
Experience a seamless user experience with new Admin Settings Menu and redesigned Global Navigation

The new Outreach navigation menu now includes categories to organize pages, and can be expanded to display page names. We’ve also streamlined how the Admin Settings menu is displayed so that there is more space for page content.

The Deal Overview is the first page you land on when selecting an individual opportunity from the Deal Grid. It is the first tab before the previous experience (Activity Feed). Deal Overview helps managers:
- Understand key deal details - including deal value, close date, and changes to that information
- Gain at-a-glance clarity into buyer engagement throughout a deal with a visual representation of activities
- View previous Kaia meeting insights, Deal Health score, and Success Plans progress all in one place
Onboard new Outreach users with ease with the new in-app User Onboarding setup

New Outreach users can now set up email, calendar, voice, and the Outreach Everywhere extension directly from the 360 View via a list of guided tasks.

The old user onboarding "wizard" is being replaced with a list of account setup tasks that appear on 360 View. Instead of walking through everything at once, users can complete these setup tasks at their own pace while starting to explore the product.
A list of tasks appears on the 360 View for new users. It can be dismissed permanently by completing each step, or by clicking “skip setup” at the bottom of the list.
- Email setup: Users are asked to connect to Gmail, Outlook 365 or Office Exchange, then prompted to set their send, sync and signature settings.
- Calendar setup: Users are asked to connect their calendars and then set availability for each day of the week, plus holidays.
- Voice setup: This task only displays if the organization is using Outreach Voice, and only gives users the options their admin has enabled (purchase, use a personal number, etc.)
- Extension: This task prompts users to download the extension with no additional configuration.
Users can access the above as well as advanced settings via the Personal Settings section as they do today.
Perform quick actions and improve efficiency with the Outreach Everywhere Chrome Extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365
Summary
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is now supported in the Outreach Everywhere Chrome Extension. Users can use the core Outreach Capabilities within their Dynamics instance.

The Outreach Everywhere Chrome extension consists of 2 elements:
- Outreach decorations that enable you to perform quick actions directly from Dynamics 365 such as import, call and email.
- Extension sidebar which offers a narrow view of the Outreach web app that adjusts the content as you move through your Dynamics instance. You can also perform actions from there.
The core functionality that will be supported:
- Import prospects, accounts, and opportunities from Dynamics to Outreach
- Send emails or call with Outreach without leaving the Dynamics platform
- Have a handy version of the Outreach web app at your disposal when working with Dynamics without constant switching between these two platforms

- Column Reordering - reorder columns to suit your particular workflow
- Save as Smart View - save column selection and ordering into a Saved View for later use
"Sharing" Type Filter
We are adding a filter to the Sequence List View to more easily identify sequence by its sharing permissions. The sharing type values include:
- Private to owner
- Shared - others can see it
- Shared - others can see and use it

For organizations utilizing the 'Exchange service account,' this feature can be accessed through the 'Authenticate via Exchange service account' toggle within the mailbox settings. The toggle is exclusively available to organization administrators and enables a smooth connection of new mailboxes or disconnection of existing ones.
