IMPORTANT UPDATE:
From June 15 through September 30, 2026, we will migrate all remaining users to the personalized homepage and deprecate the legacy 360 homepage experience. The improved homepage experience is built to cater to different roles such as sellers, customer success, and account reps, providing expanded capabilities not available on the legacy 360 homepage. AI Agents, Personalization, and Data Enrichment
Subject Line Personalization
Personalize email subject lines with AI, not just the message body.
Summary
Personalization can now generate a subject line alongside the email body using the same GenAI instruction that drives the body content. This extends AI personalization to the full email and is available anywhere AI Personalization is used today, including the Personalization Agent, sequences, and single emails sent with Assist.

- Generate a personalized subject line from the same GenAI instruction already set for the email body. No separate prompt is needed.
- Add subject line personalization to any existing personalization to generate both a subject line and body. Personalizations that are not updated continue to generate only the body, as before.

Saved Views in Revenue Agent Targeting
Target outreach more precisely by giving Revenue Agent a Saved View list instead of rebuilding them from scratch.
Summary
Revenue Agent targeting for Accounts and existing Prospects can now pull filters directly from an existing Saved View instead of recreating them manually inside the Agent. This speeds up Agent setup, reduces the chance of mismatched criteria, and removes the need to use Tags as a workaround for reusing view logic.

- Populate targeting filters for Accounts or existing Prospects directly from any accessible saved view, including personal, assigned, and colleague views. Note that some views, such as those using advanced search or views like "Favorited by me," are not supported and will notify you upon selection.
- Replace any previously set filters automatically when a Saved View is applied.

Deal Agent Enhancements: Picklist, Numeric, and Percentage Fields
Let Deal Agent suggest and auto-fill picklist, numeric, and percentage fields.
Summary
Deal Agent can now write AI-recommended updates directly to Single-select Picklist, Numeric, and Percentage fields, in addition to existing text-based fields. Picklist suggestions are constrained to predefined options, and numeric or percentage values are formatted for direct use, so reps can accept a suggestion in one click or let Deal Agent auto-update the field.

- Accept one-click Deal Agent updates for Single-select Picklist fields such as Closed-Lost Reason, Numeric fields such as number of seats, and Percentage fields such as win probability or discount rate.
- Turn on auto-update for any of these field types so Deal Agent writes the updated value automatically, matching existing text-field behavior.
- Picklist suggestions are limited to the field's configured options. Deal Agent will not suggest a value that does not exist in the picklist.

Omni on Mobile
Get richer Omni insights and act on them from anywhere in the mobile app.
Summary
Omni is now accessible from anywhere in the app. Responses now include structured formatting, sources, and clickable action chips, and a new @context option lets users add relevant context directly to a query.

Mailbox by Prior Engagement in Team
Keep the same seller assigned to an account across future team outreach.
Summary
Mailbox by Prior Engagement in Team is a new team distribution option in Revenue Agent that combines balanced workload distribution with seller-to-account continuity. The first qualifying prospect from an account is assigned using standard team distribution logic, and every later prospect, task, or sequence enrollment from that account is automatically routed to the same seller.

- Assign the first qualifying prospect from a new account using existing Mailbox by Team logic, which automatically creates a mapping between that account, team, and seller.
- Route every later prospect, task, or sequence enrollment for that account and team to the same mapped seller.
- Expire mappings automatically after 60 days without engagement, or when the assigned seller becomes inactive or leaves the team. The account is then redistributed using standard team logic.

Nested List Indentation in All Editor Instances
Format clearer messages with multi-level bulleted and numbered lists in Outreach.
Summary
Multi-step instructions, tiered talking points, and organized research no longer need to be flattened into a single list level. Rich text editors across Outreach now support nested list indentation. The formatting works consistently across email compose, sequence steps, templates, and snippets.

- Press Tab to indent a bulleted or numbered list item one level deeper, or Shift+Tab to outdent it. Repeat to nest multiple levels deep.
- Nested formatting is preserved in the HTML sent to recipients. Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail render nested lists correctly.

Call Source Filter in Call List View
Filter your call list by whether calls came from web or mobile.
Summary
The Call List View now includes a filter for call source, making it easy to narrow the list to calls placed from Outreach Web or Outreach Mobile.
