How To Access the Outreach Outbox

Purpose:

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users regarding accessing the Outreach Outbox. The Outbox landing page is a filterable, searchable, list view providing users with at-a-glance information regarding email communications with Prospects that occur in or out of sequences, single emails, or bulk communications.

How To Access the Outreach Outbox: 

1. Access the Outreach Platform. 
2. Click the Outbox icon (outbox) in the navigation sidebar.
