Symptom
Users may encounter a situation where their prospects in a sequence show as active, but emails are not being sent. The error message "User exceeded their Org's daily email in/out limit" will appear in the sequence information on the prospect.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps to raise or remove your email sending limits:

Access Your Outreach Platform:
- Log in to your Outreach account.
- Log in to your Outreach account.

Navigate to Org Settings:
- Click on the gear icon in the lower-left corner of the screen.
- Under the Organization section, click on Org info.

Adjust Email Sending Limits:
- Open the Email tab.
- Under Sending Limits, you can review and modify various settings, such as:
- The maximum number of emails a user can send from Outreach per day.
- The total number of emails a user can send from your organization per day.
- The maximum number of emails a single prospect can receive per day and per week.
- The limit on the number of emails that can be sent to the same email domain per day.

Save Your Changes:
- After making the necessary adjustments, click Save to apply the changes.
Cause
This error occurs when users hit the email limits configured for their organization. These limits include all types of emails, such as:
- Inbound emails
- Outbound emails
- Synced emails (even those not sent via Outreach, like those from Outlook or using the Outreach Everywhere Chrome extension)
It's important to regularly review and manage these limits to ensure uninterrupted email delivery.
