The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach Users regarding setting up notifications in Outreach.

How to access notification settings:
To setup notification options, follow the steps below:
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the user's initials in the bottom left-corner of the navigation sidebar.
- Click Personal Settings.
- Under General, click on Notifications.
Allows the user to setup desktop notifications, and managed if you need to get notified when opening your own emails or not.
Under this section, you may setup all email notifications, such as meeting updates, new voicemails, mailbox and calendar sync error, enable Outreach engagement emails, and many other email notifications.
Allows you to setup daily digest email of tasks and stats, and send weekly emails with stats and leaderboard.
