How to sync Kaia meeting recordings to Salesforce.

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in configuring the CRM to sync the Kaia recordings to Salesforce.

Procedure

1. Access the Outreach Platform.
2. Go to "Administration" page
3. Click on "CRM" 
4. select the "Event" object and then click on "add mapping"
5. Add the field "Kaia recording URL" and map it to an event Salesforce field.
