The Deal Overview is the first page you land on when selecting an individual opportunity from the Deal Grid. It is the first tab before the previous experience (Activity Feed). Deal Overview helps managers:
- Understand key deal details - including deal value, close date, and changes to that information
- Gain at-a-glance clarity into buyer engagement throughout a deal with a visual representation of activities
- View previous Kaia meeting insights, Deal Health score, and Success Plans progress all in one place

Drive predictability with Forecasting & Pipeline Management capabilities embedded within Outreach

Forecasting and pipeline management capabilities that were formerly contained within a separate application will now be embedded into Outreach.

The features being released into Outreach include:
- Deal Grid: Edit all deals in the pipeline from a single view, with updates automatically written back to CRM. Real-time validation ensures field changes are compliant with validation rules.
- Rep Forecasting: Reps can submit forecasts from the opportunities page to their manager.
- Pipeline Dashboard: View your teams’ pipeline performance metrics from a single view, with the ability to create custom filters. Each metric in the dashboard leverages AI modeling that creates bespoke win models for every team and seller in your organization.
- Pipeline Movement: Understand how your pipeline has moved and changed across any previous period, including which deals contributed to the change.
- Forecasting: View all of the forecasts for your organization and the associated roll-up down to each individual rep and deal.
- Scenario Planner: Use AI to test and model a distribution of different possible forecast outcomes based on applying your judgment to win rates and pipeline volumes.

Expand the user's control over Urgent Task Notifications: Reintroducing In-App Notifications
Summary
We are reintroducing In-App Urgent Task Notifications thus expanding user’s access and control over where they receive urgent task notifications.
Users can update their task settings to receive urgent task notifications on the desktop (via the Chrome browser) and/ or in the Outreach web app/extension.

Users can update their personal settings to enable urgent task notifications on the desktop and/or in-app. Settings are located under Personal Settings -> General -> Notifications -> Task Notifications. Users are opted-in to desktop notifications and opted-out of in-app notifications by default.

- In-App Urgent Task Notification Features
If a user has selected to receive in-app notifications the notifications will show up within the Outreach web app and Outreach Everywhere extension when an urgent task is due. Users can choose to dismiss the notification, reschedule, or start the task.
Enhance access to the Outreach Support Portal and Knowledge Base via Zendesk SSO
Summary
Outreach has streamlined user access to its Support Portal and Knowledge Base through the integration of Zendesk Single-Sign-On (SSO). With Zendesk SSO in place, users can effortlessly bypass multiple logins, ensuring swift access to the information they need.

Improve user visibility prospects and accounts with new Prospect and Account Settings
Summary
Outreach Admins now have more control over how sellers engage with Prospect and Account records. With this update, Outreach Admins can specify whether a profile can View and/or Edit a particular record. For details on setting up these permissions, refer to this Knowledge Base Article.

Ensure users see the right view for their roles with new Default Layout Settings
Summary
The new layout tab in Outreach Admin Settings allows admins to set the default view for all users globally at once. Admins can also customize default views for Outreach pages based on user profiles, ensuring users see the right views for their roles.

Outreach Admins can change default user views by navigating to the new Layout tab under Users & Permissions.
For user profiles that require specific layouts outside of the default, these layouts can be changed in the Profiles section under Profile Level Defaults.
Maintain data integrity by automatically syncing deleted opportunities using Outreach CRM Sync
This enhancement to Outreach’s CRM sync automatically deletes opportunities removed in the CRM. This improvement aids revenue forecasting by eliminating stale data and streamlines the seller experience by decluttering expired opportunities.

Improve data hygiene with Merge Prospects on Lead Conversion
Outreach's merge functionality is now expanded to include Lead records that are merged to Contact records in Salesforce. This feature helps improve data hygiene in Outreach by removing manual clean up of orphan prospect records in Outreach when using third party tools to merge leads with contacts.

Leverage AI to boost sales productivity with Smart Email Assist: Now Supported in Outlook
Smart Email Assist is now available in Outlook - only available for new add-in 2.0+ and the Outlook web application. Functionality is on par with Smart Email Assist in Gmail extension and Web application released to GA back in September, 2023 (support article).

- Assist will now be available as an option in Outreach’s side panel in Outlook. It will only be available for email replies
- When choosing “Assist”, users will be presented with similar options - to enter user prompt, change length and tone setting
- Users can also add references - templates, snippets, or content cards (if Kaia license is available)
- After hitting the “Generate” button - 3 options will be created for the user to choose from. By clicking on the option, it will get automatically inserted into the compose box in Outlook
Find and use the right content quickly with Enhanced Template and Snippet UX enhancement
Templates and Snippets pickers UX was improved to help reps find and use the right content quickly. This update applies to both the Web app and Gmail extension.

Simplify management of triggers with Branching Conditions
Triggers branching conditions allow admins to build advanced action logics by adding branches to new and existing Triggers conditions. Admins will now be able to create ‘branching conditions’ linked to specific actions, as opposed to today where Admins can only associate one action to one condition.

- Once the branches have been set up, the trigger will fire the action associated with the branch only when the condition associated with that specific branch is met
- For example, instead of creating triggers for multiple languages, Admins can now set up one Trigger and multiple branches per language. The Trigger action will fire specific to the branch language
Quickly assess Account status and progress directly from the Account List View
The status icon on Accounts List View now displays more useful contextual information, providing sellers with tools for better prioritization, decision-making, and understanding of account engagement over time. The upgrade includes important details such as Meetings, Tasks, and Opportunities.
