There is an important update from Google that might affect your user’s mailbox and calendar integration with Outreach.
If your user’s mailboxes are authenticated via username and password, they need to be reconnected using the Gmail API before September 30.
The change can be done in Personal Settings > Mailboxes.

The new Outlook Add-In 3.0 is available for download in the Microsoft AppSource Marketplace. We recommend that Outreach Admins perform the installation via the Microsoft Admin Center. If your organization is currently using an older version of the Outlook Add-In, it must be uninstalled before installing the new one.
