Procedure
Configuring Share Settings in a Smart View
- In the Outreach platform, access the list view where your Smart View is saved.
- From the dropdown at the top of the list, find and mouse over your applicable view.
- To the right of your view's name, click the ⋯ (more) menu.
- Click Edit.
- In the Sharing field, select Available to all. This ensures your view can be found and accessed by other users in your Outreach instance.
- Click Save to finish.
Sharing Your Smart View
Once the sharing setting is configured, there are 2 simple ways for others to access your Smart View:
- Inform your colleagues of your saved view's name. They will be able to search for, find, and open it from the applicable list view in the Outreach platform.
- Copy and share the view URL. With your saved Smart View open, copy the URL in your browser's address bar, which contains a unique numerical identifier for your view. You can paste this URL in communications to make it directly accessible to any users in your Outreach instance.
Note: If your org has multiple Outreach instances, be sure to note for colleagues which instance the view you are sharing is associated with.
