The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in resetting an Outreach User's login credentials.

How To Reset User Passwords:
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the User's initials (avatar) in the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar.
- Click Users under the User Admin section of the Settings panel.
- Click the applicable user and select Send Claim Link from the more options dropdown menu.
- Click Send on the Send Claim Link dialog box. An email will be sent to the email the applicable user to reset the password. Note: The link will expire in 72 hours.
