Objective

Learn how to change your own Outreach user login credentials (password and/or email).

Applies To

  • Outreach Users
  • Outreach organizations that are not using their own single sign on (SSO) method

Procedure

  1. Access the Outreach Platform. 
  2. Click your user initials (avatar) in the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar. 
  3. Click Personal Settings.
  4. Under General, click Email and Password.
    Note: Don't see this option? Your organization may be utilizing SSO or you may not have access due to governance settings. Please contact your Outreach admin for further assistance.
  5. Click Change Password
  6. Enter the new password.
  7. Click Submit to save the updates.
  8. Log out and test your changes to confirm.
