What is Amplify?
Amplify is the package that contains the following features

How is Amplify billed?
The Amplify package follows a consumption based billing model instead of a per-license cost. Customers will purchase a pre-defined number of Amplify credits.
What is required to purchase Amplify?
Customers must have an Engage license and should reach out to their Account team to partner on estimated initial usage, and budget the appropriate number of credits to purchase.
How are Credits used?
Credits are used to accomplish specific actions such as email, LinkedIn or Call personalization and Research Agent queries.
Is Professional Services required for enablement?
ProServe is highly recommended to ensure that you are able to quickly realize value when launching new agents within your GTM org and that your specific business needs are met.
Can I keep track of my credit usage?
Yes. Amplify Credits can be tracked using the AI Metering Dashboard. Email notifications will also be sent when credits hit the following milestones:
- 50% and 80% of credits used
- 100% of credits used
- 102% of credits used (Overage notification)
