Delete records in Outreach when they are deleted in the CRM

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide directions to Outreach Admins in configuring CRM sync to delete records in Outreach when the mapped records are deleted in the CRM. The Delete Polling for all Objects feature provides a benefit to Outreach Users by keeping their Outreach records in lock step with their CRM.

Applies To

  • CRM Sync Configuration

Before you begin

  • Make sure you are familiar with setting up Outreach CRM Sync

Procedure

  1. Login to Outreach and go to Administration>Integrations>CRM
  2. Select an object mapping
  3. Select the delete checkbox when syncing records into Outreach.
  4. Select Save.
