Searching for Prospects by Corresponding CRM Object Type

Objective

The purpose of this article is to discuss how to filter prospects by the record type of their corresponding objects in a CRM.

Applies To

  • Prospects
  • CRM (both Salesforce and Dynamics)

Procedure

  • To determine which prospects are mapped to a lead in your CRM, the search is salesforce_record_type:"lead"
  • To determine which prospects are mapped to a contact in your CRM, the search is salesforce_record_type:"contact"
  • To determine which prospects are unmapped to a corresponding record in your CRM, the search is salesforce_record_type:" ". This will surface all prospect records that exist solely within Outreach, without a corresponding lead or prospect record

Additional Information

The search is salesforce_record_type: , but this applies to organizations with either Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics plugins configured.
