Does Outreach Supports Mapping Formula Fields with Salesforce?

Answer

We don't support mapping Formula Fields between Outreach and Salesforce.

We only support mapping the field types below:

  • Text
  • Number
  • Picklist
  • URL
  • Phone
  • Date
  • Date/Time (inbound only)
  • Checkbox (will populate as “true” or “false” in Outreach)
