If I send an email to prospect that I don't have visibility to in Outreach, due to governance profile permissions/restrictions, will it be tracked and visible in the Outreach system?

Answer

If you do not have permission to view a prospect because you do not own them, but they do exist in the Outreach system: If you email that prospect, the message will appear in the system on the prospect's Emails tab, but it will not be tracked (showing the Outreach tracking decorations and icons), will not appear in the Outbox page, and it will not count towards your reporting metrics.

If you do have permission to view a prospect because you (or a team member/subordinate, based on governance profile settings) own them, and they do exist in the Outreach system: The email will appear on the prospect's Emails tab and it will also include the Outreach tracking decorations and icons. The message will also appear in the Outbox page and it will also be counted towards your reporting metrics.
