How To Delete a Field Mapping In Outreach

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach admins on how to delete a field mapping in the CRM Plugin.

Procedure

1. Access the Outreach Platform.
2. Access the CRM Integration.
3. Click the applicable object type. 
4. On to the targeted field mapping, click on the ... menu.
5. Click on Delete Mapping.
6. Click Save.
