There's no simple resend button, so you would simply have to recreate that message and send it again, but there is no way to go to an already delivered email, then resend the same email again from there. You can reply all in that email, and follow up in the same thread, but if you want to resend it again from a fresh email, then you would simply have to recreate that email and send as a new email.
