Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach Users regarding Sales Intelligence Tiles.

Sales Intelligence Tiles are built to equip Sales Reps with relevant information about the people and organizations they engage with through Outreach.

Outreach aggregates Prospect data from a variety of native and third party sources, including Twitter, MapBox and Crunchbase. The result allows Sales Reps to monitor engagement and key buying signals at both the individual Prospect and Account levels.

Overview

Intelligence tiles comes with four system layouts:

  • Smart Account Plan - Available in Account Intelligence. This supports account planning activities and helps streamline account-based selling (ABS) workflows.
  • Engagement Insights - Available in Prospect and Account Intelligence. This displays a combination of insightful information including company news, local time and historical interactions with prospect/account to ensure the communication is effective.
  • Prospect Overview - Available in Prospect Intelligence. This displays everything from historical activity to custom fields.
  • Account Overview - Available in Prospect and Account Intelligence. This displays account firmographics and Prospect information.
  • Social Overview - Available in Prospect and Account Intelligence. This displays social feeds for the Account or Prospect, including the LinkedIn Sales Navigator tiles, company twitter, and company information from Crunchbase.

Tile Description Source Additional Details
Local Time Display the local time of the Prospect.  Outreach

Outreach populates the timezone based on one or a combination of the following if present:
 

  • The Prospects existing timezone
  • The Prospects address
  • Prospect Account Domain (address look up via Crunchbase)
Local Time (Accounts) Display the local time of the Account. Outreach Outreach utilizes the domain of an account to populate timezone and address. 
 Company Details Load relevant company data for a Prospect or Account. Crunchbase To identify the company, Outreach will use the name listed in the Company field. Otherwise, Outreach will use the email domain or connected account as applicable.
Address Map Display a Google Map of the Prospect's or Account's address. MapBox  
Account Due Tasks Due tasks related to an Account. Outreach  
Prospect Due Tasks Tasks due on a Prospect's record. Outreach  
Account Emails Outreach outbound emails related to an Account. Outreach  
Prospect Emails Outreach outbound emails related to a Prospect.  Outreach  
Activity Outreach Activity for a Prospect or Account. Outreach  
Account Prospects Prospects associated with an Account. Outreach  
Account Calls Calls associated with an Account. Outreach

Account Notes Notes associated with an Account. Outreach Account notes cannot sync to the CRM.
Prospect Notes Notes associated with a Prospect.  Outreach Prospect notes can be configured to sync to the CRM as completed tasks. The plugin toggle option is found in the Advanced settings of the Lead and Contact objects. 
Prospect Personal Notes Display the personal notes for the Prospect.  Outreach  
Account Custom Fields Custom fields associated with an Account. Outreach

Account details table A table that users can customize to fill key account details such as Employee Count, Company Type, Revenue etc, sourced from Outreach or Crunchbase. Outreach, CRM or Crunchbase Part of Smart Account Plan
Competitors Specify an account’s competitors. Information about the competitor, if available, is pre-populated from Crunchbase or the user can provide their own notes Outreach or Crunchbase Part of Smart Account Plan
Engagement activity timeline See a chronological record of all engagement activities within the account, including calls, meetings, emails, and more. Outreach Part of Smart Account Plan
Engagement strategy Text field where reps can document strategies for engaging with the account, delineating tactical moves, key personas, and barriers to success.

Prospect Relationship Map Prospect Relationship Map visualizes prospect relationships to reveal stakeholder influence in the buying process. Outreach Part of Smart Account Plan
Strategic initiatives & outcomes Text field where reps can document the account’s strategic initiatives and business outcomes.
