Microsoft Dynamics Plugin Overview

Purpose: 

The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach users regarding the Microsoft Dynamics plugin in Outreach. 

After the Outreach plugin has been connected to Outreach, the Dynamics Plugin becomes active within the Plugins landing page.

Accessing the plugin provides access to several features and functions to assist in mapping, syncing, and management operations.

Types 

The Types section displays different objects within Dynamics. Each object has options that control how data is exchanged between Outreach and Dynamics. 


Pause and Resume the Sync

To pause and resume the sync, simply toggle between the two using the button appearing on top of the API calls limit. 


Activity

The Activity page displays a user-friendly view of what information has been synced to and from Dynamics, as well as when the sync happened. 


Logs

The Logs section will provide an in-depth technical overview of user and sync activity. The logs display will display which actions are happening when and if Outreach is able to sync.
