Objective
Delete the existing Caller ID for the customer from Twilio console.
Applies To
- Orgs who rebranded and they need to change their Caller ID.
Procedure
- Login to Twilio console
- Search for Subaccount
- In the search bar enter "Trust Hub"
- Find CNAM
- Click on the one that has the 'CNAM Display Name' they want to delete and click DELETE.
Note: Please make sure the request is coming from an Outreach Admin before processing with the the removal within the console.
