How to generate Account custom ID's in a csv file

Objective

Generate Account custom ID to import accounts in a CSV file and then assign prospects to those accounts in another CSV file.

 

Applies To

  • Imports
  • CSV

Procedure

  1. In a new CSV file type =ROW(A1) in the first cell.
  2. Then drag by the edge of that cell, using the left mouse key, and mark the rest of the column in which you want to have those numbers.
