Why or how do emails appear as 'Mailbox Contacts' in an email dropdown field (TO & CC field)?

Answer

  1. The email must be associated to a prospect record in Outreach.
  2. You must have sent that contact an email where the message synced to the system. This is how we are able to pull them as a Mailbox Contact after they're a prospect record in the system.
