Values get Overwritten After Forecast Call Submission

Symptom

After submitting a forecast call, the values gets overwritten.

Applies to

  • Forecasting
  • Admins

Resolution 

  1. Log in to Outreach.
  2. Click Administration  > Tools > Forecasting.
  3. Select the affected forecast.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Toggle auto calculate pipeline off.
  6. Click Save.

Cause

The auto calculate pipeline value is enabled for a metric.
