How To Uninstall a CRM Plugin Connection

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in uninstalling the CRM plugin connection.

Intended Audience: 

  • Outreach Admins

Notes: 

  • Outreach recommends testing this process in an Outreach Sandbox environment while in beta. 
  • it's recommended to export your plugin settings in case you need to use them in the future. The steps are in this article How To Export (Backup) a CRM Plugin Configuration.

Procedure

    1. Log in to Outreach.
    2. Click Administration  > CRM.
    3. Click the ... menu from the right top corner.
    4. Click on Uninstall.
    5. Select Uninstall from the warning dialogbox.
