How to Configure User Level Default Currency for Forecasting

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach users about setting the default currency at user level for Pipeline Management & Forecasting. The currency selection  provides benefit to Outreach users by providing the capability to forecast in the preferred currency.

Procedure

Personal Settings

You can view your preferred currency in Personal Settings → Your Account

Your preferred currency would be synced from salesforce and would be read-only in Outreach

By default, the set preferred currency will be selected in the currency selector

Switching the currency

In the currency dropdown, you would see the list of all the active currencies set up in your SFDC by the admin.

The selected currency for the particular page will persist unless you change the preferred currency from your personal settings

• View & Submit Forecasts on Forecast Rollup page for managers
• View & Submit Forecasts on Opportunities page for reps
• Opportunity List
• Charts on Pipeline Summary Page
• Pipeline Movement Report
