How To Block Incoming Spam Calls

Objective

Learn how to block specific phone numbers from spamming Users in Outreach.

• Outreach Admins
• Voice settings

Note

• Using imported number lists is not a recommended practice due to risk of outgoing calls to Prospects being registered as spam.

Procedure

1. Click the gear icon in the lower left of the Outreach UI to open the Settings menu.
2. Under Settings, click Org Info.
3. Navigate to the Voice tab.
4. Scroll down to the Outreach Voice Restrictions section, then click Add phone number.
   
5. Adding the number(s) you wish to block.
6. Click Save.
   
   This will prevent incoming calls from that number moving forward.
