Objective
Learn how to block specific phone numbers from spamming Users in Outreach.

Note
- Using imported number lists is not a recommended practice due to risk of outgoing calls to Prospects being registered as spam.
Procedure
- Click the gear icon in the lower left of the Outreach UI to open the Settings menu.
- Under Settings, click Org Info.
- Navigate to the Voice tab.
- Scroll down to the Outreach Voice Restrictions section, then click Add phone number.
- Adding the number(s) you wish to block.
- Click Save.
This will prevent incoming calls from that number moving forward.
