How to Change Meeting Duration?

Objective

This article will discuss the necessary adjustments to change the duration of meetings booked by prospects within Outreach. Meeting Duration is configured within individual Meeting Types, so you can have meetings of different durations, depending on the needs of the meeting.

Procedure

1. Open the Meeting Type in question
2. Under "Template Settings," adjust the "Duration" field as appropriate, as shown here
3. Save your Meeting Type

Meetings booked by prospects using this Meeting Type will have this defined duration moving forward. This change will not impact any previous meetings booked with this Meeting Type.
