When a user attempts to sign in, they are immediately shown a Okta "404, Page Not Found" error.

Symptom

A user attempts to sign into Outreach utilizing Okta SSO, but receive a Okta error: "404, Page Not Found" 

Applies To

  • A user attempting to sign in via Okta SSO into Outreach 

Resolution

  1. Review Okta's article on Receiving 404 Error when Attempting to Sign Into Application

  2. Ensure the Sign In URL matches the Single Sign-On URL provided by Okta.

Cause

The Sign In URL entered does not match the URL provided by Okta.
