How to Enable 6sense Integration in Outreach

Objective

The purpose of this article is to guide Outreach Admins on how to install the 6sense integration.

Before You Begin

  • In order to access this integration, users will need to implement the first version of the integration in 6sense following the process outlined below Additional Resources.

The 6sense Integration

The 6sense integration to Outreach allows users to access 6sense dashboards directly within Outreach and take action. The Outreach and 6sense integration allows Outreach users to simplify their workflow by bringing 6sense dashboards directly into the Outreach UI in the Left Nav, Account, and Prospect tabs.

Key functions of the Integration

  • View 6sense Dashboards in Left Navigation, Account, & Prospect Tab
  • Add new contacts to an associated account in Outreach
  • Add contacts to a sequence in Outreach

Procedure

  1. Access the Outreach Platform.
  2. Navigate to Administration > Integrations > Apps.
  3. Search for 6sense.

  4. Select Install app.
  5. Follow 6sense documentation on generating an API Token to complete installation. The API Group Name for token generation is Sales Intelligence API. If you do not see an API Group Name entry labeled Sales Intelligence API, reach out to 6sense Support and create a ticket.
