Address error when purchasing an international phone number

Symptom

When attempting to purchase an international number, the following errors are displayed:

• "The business address you entered was invalid."
• "The address you have entered cannot be validated. Please try again."

Applies To

• Admins and users authorized to purchase phone numbers
• Outreach Voice / Phone number purchase

Resolution

Confirm that the entered address is correct, including any postal codes, states, countries, street names, and suite numbers. If a floor number is being included in the address, remove it and try again.

Cause

The address entered cannot be verified as a valid address.
