Existing Tags cannot be edited or manually deleted from Outreach. However, if you remove a tag associated to any record, it will auto-remove itself from the Tags bank as long as it's not associated and tied to any record in the system.
Procedure
How to remove a tag from any record.
- Navigate to the applicable list view. Example: To remove a tag from Prospects, click the double silhouette icon.
- Click to select the applicable records.
- Click the Tag icon and select Remove Tags.
- Select a tag from the list.
- Click Remove.
