How come the Collections field is grayed out and I cannot edit it on my content (sequences, templates, snippets)?

Applies To

  • Users that do not have permission to view and access Teams and Collections under their assigned governance profile.

  • Sequences, Templates, and Snippets.

Answer

In order to edit the Collections field for content, you must have permission to view and access Teams and Collections with your assigned governance profile. This is normally managed by content managers or admins. If you need this field updated or you need access to this, please reach out to your admins in the system.
