Custom fields can contain telephone numbers, but because all custom fields in Outreach are formatted as plain-text, a phone number stored in a custom field cannot be clicked as if it in the dedicated phone field on the prospect record.
There is no mechanism to format a custom field as a telephone number, so these numbers will not be clickable and will need to be manually entered into the dialer.
