Purpose:

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users regarding accessing the Outreach Email outbox. The Email outbox landing page is a filterable, searchable, list view providing users with at-a-glance information regarding email communications with Prospects that occur in or out of sequences, single emails, or bulk communications.

  • This article illustrates how to access the Outreach Outbox. For more information regarding failed emails as part of a sequence refer to the applicable Sequence States article. 

How To Access the Outreach Outbox: 

  1. Access the Outreach Platform. 
  2. Go to Activity
  3. Click the Email outbox icon in the navigation sidebar.
