How To Enable HTML Composer Access

Purpose: 

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in enabling the Insert HTML feature for user profiles. 

Intended Audience: 

  • Outreach Admins

Notes: 

  • Outreach Admins must enable the Insert HTML feature for users. 
  • Outreach does not support HTML configuration or troubleshooting. 
  • Outreach recommends users test HTML prior to sending to Prospects with an applicable HTML editor.

How To Enable HTML Composer Access: 

  1. Access the Outreach Platform as an Admin.
  2. Click on Administration>Profiles
  3. Select the profile in question.
  4. Enable the checkbox Add Custom HTML widgets to templates and snippets. 
  5. Click Save.
