Objective
Guidance for Outreach Admins in configuring text message governance.

Procedure
- Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
- Click Administration > User Management > Access Control.Select the user profile to adjust.
- On the Profile Settings landing page, scroll down and locate the Text option.
- Toggle the field to enable or disable the option.
- Click Save.
- Repeat Steps 1-5 for remaining profiles as applicable.
