How To Add Microsoft Dynamics Opportunity Stages To Outreach

Purpose:

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users in adding Microsoft Dynamics Opportunity Stages in Outreach. 

Notes: 

  • Opportunity Stages must be added to the stage options in Outreach prior to configuring Opportunity Stages in the CRM Plugin.
  • Opportunity Stages must be mapped exactly as they appear in the CRM plugin, including spelling, capitalization, etc. 
  • The CRM Sync experience listed here includes both the Classic Plugin experience and the new Enhanced CRM Sync Experience.

Procedure

  1. Access the Outreach Platform.
  2. Access the Dynamics Integration.
  3. On the Dynamics integration landing page, click the Opportunities object.
  4. On the object's page, scroll down to Set field mapping under the Configuration tab. 
  5. Select Stage from the Outreach Opportunity Field dropdown menu.
  6. Select Sales Stage from the Dynamics Opportunities Field dropdown menu. 
  7. Click to enable the Update In Dynamics and Update in Outreach options. 
  8. Click the ellipses to the far right of the added stages and select Advanced.
  9. On the Advanced Task Mapping window, click to enable Mapped Field.
  10. Select Opportunity Stage under the External Mapped Type dropdown menu. 
  11. Click Done and click Save.
