Outreach Prospect Bulk Actions Overview:

Prospect Bulk Actions are steps taken in the Outreach platform that affect a large number of prospects. On the Prospect View, the following are considered large bulk actions:

Deleting more than 50 Prospects
Opting-out more than 50 Prospects
Marking more than 750 Prospects as Finished in a Sequence
Pausing more than 750 Prospects in a Sequence
Assigning Accounts to more than 750 Prospects
Assigning Ownership to more than 750 Prospects
Assigning a Stage to more than 750 Prospects
Assigning a Persona to more than 750 Prospects
Bulk-modifying more than 750 Prospects
Add more than 750 Prospects to a Sequence
Remove more than 750 Prospects from a Sequence
More more than 750 Prospects to a Step in a Sequence
Retry more than 750 Prospects in a Sequence
Resume more than 750 Prospects in a Sequence
Activate more than 750 Prospects in a Sequence
Assigning mailbox for more than 750 Prospects in a Sequence

Outreach admins can permit or deny the ability for other Outreach users to take bulk actions on prospects under the governance profile settings.
